Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
Full Refund Eligibility:
- You cancel the project within 48 hours of payment, and no work has been initiated by our team
- Sadiq Tech Solutions fails to begin the project within the agreed-upon timeframe without prior notice or valid reason
- The service delivered is fundamentally different from what was agreed upon in the written scope of work
Partial Refund Eligibility:
- Work has been initiated but is at an early stage (less than 30% completed), and the client decides to cancel for reasons unrelated to service quality
- A mutual agreement is reached between the client and Sadiq Tech Solutions after reviewing the work completed
No Refund Situations:
- The project has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope of work
- The client has approved the work at any stage and later changes requirements
- Delays or issues are caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals)
- Refund is requested after 30 days from the date of payment
- Services such as domain registration, hosting activation, or third-party software licenses that have already been procured on behalf of the client
- Digital products or downloadable resources that have already been accessed or downloaded
Revision Policy Before Refund
Before any refund request is processed, Sadiq Tech Solutions offers a structured revision process. We believe most concerns can be resolved through clear communication and dedicated revisions.
- All projects include a defined number of revisions as mentioned in the service agreement
- Additional revisions may be offered at our discretion for genuine service-related concerns
- Clients are encouraged to raise concerns in writing via email or our official contact channels
If revisions do not resolve the issue to a reasonable standard, a refund discussion may be initiated.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

- Provide Your Details — your full name, order/invoice number, and date of payment

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Please allow the following timeframes for the refund to reflect:

- Online Payment Gateways (PayPal, Stripe, etc.): 5–7 business days

Sadiq Tech Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
Subscription & Retainer Services
For clients on monthly retainer or subscription-based plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 7 days written notice
- The current billing cycle will not be refunded; the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle
- Any work completed during the active cycle remains the property of Sadiq Tech Solutions until full payment for that period is received
Project Cancellation by Sadiq Tech Solutions
In rare circumstances, Sadiq Tech Solutions reserves the right to cancel a project due to:
- Violation of our terms of service
- Abusive, inappropriate, or unethical client behavior
- Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
In such cases, a pro-rata refund will be issued for any work not yet completed, at our sole discretion.
Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by contacting us in writing. We are committed to resolving all disputes amicably and professionally.
Sadiq Tech Solutions does not engage in chargebacks without prior communication. If a chargeback is initiated through your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide all relevant documentation to the payment processor.
