4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and successful project delivery, clients are expected to:

• Supply all necessary materials, content, credentials, and approvals as requested
• Ensure that any content provided to us does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

5. Payment Terms

Upon receipt of full and final payment, all custom deliverables created specifically for the client — such as website designs, logos, and developed code — shall transfer to the client as their intellectual property, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project. Sadiq Tech Solutions will not disclose your business information, data, or project details to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Clients are equally expected to keep any proprietary processes, pricing structures, or internal methodologies shared by Sadiq Tech Solutions confidential.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Sadiq Tech Solutions warrants that:

• Services will be performed with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism
• Deliverables will be substantially in line with the agreed scope of work

However, we do not warrant that:

• The website or services will be completely error-free or uninterrupted at all times
• Results such as search engine rankings, traffic growth, or revenue increases are guaranteed

Sadiq Tech Solutions is not responsible for the performance, availability, pricing changes, or policy updates of third-party services. Any issues arising from third-party platforms must be resolved directly with the respective provider.

11. Project Timelines

We commit to delivering projects within the timelines agreed upon in writing. However, timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to:

• Delays in receiving client materials, content, or approvals
• Scope changes requested by the client mid-project
• Technical complexities not foreseen at the time of agreement
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination:

• The client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination
• Sadiq Tech Solutions will deliver all completed work or work-in-progress materials upon receipt of outstanding payment

Sadiq Tech Solutions reserves the right to immediately terminate services if a client engages in abusive, unethical, or unlawful conduct.
